Initial Requirements to Apply

1️⃣ B2+ English level or higher (interviews and daily work are 100% in English).

2️⃣ Must reside in Colombia and have legal authorization to work in the country.

3️⃣ Minimum 5 years of professional experience building, deploying, and supporting technical solutions.


Required Knowledge/Experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with several of the following tools and technologies: Python, Django, Docker, Ansible and SQL.
  • 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and their application to automation workflows.
  • 2+ years of experience with data‑management concepts including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Source of Truth strategies.
  • Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs within web frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of traditional Git workflows for collaboration.
  • Experience with automation and networking libraries/tools such as: pytest, Nornir, Netmiko, NAPALM, Nautobot and NetBox.
  • Solid understanding of Source of Truth automation architectures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, resolve, and escalate complex technical incidents across full‑stack architectures including ITSM, IaC, CI/CD, automation, and observability.
  • Investigate customer issues collaboratively across multiple teams and deliver actionable resolutions.
  • Produce clear, well‑structured technical documentation for implemented solutions.
  • Perform peer reviews, share best practices, and ensure technical excellence across the team.
